— Great groove with soloing going over. Like the use of the whammy bar on the lead guitar, great effects on the vocals. Groove killer (good). Good drums. Good drop off lead to go into the rhythm section carrying the song for awhile, then the solo comes back in to take it. Then the drop off leads into more soloing…Next drop off leads back to vocals…ANOTHER SOLO. You are awesome on guitar but it comes as quite a bit. Drums are mixed well over all sound production is good. You've definately struck a vein to draw on with your soloing. 8 minutes for a song is quite bold.

Tyger

— I checked out this song, "Tyger" by Baccambàrus recently to see if I might like to review it. I had no idea what to expect. There is a lot of music out there today that, frankly just isn't all there. The production often lacks & sadly the musicianship is often poor as well. As I said, I had no idea what to expect... I started enjoying this song right away. The production is really good & so is the musicianship. In particular, I really like the vocals & guitar work. The vocals are well crafted & skillfully performed. This man can actually sing & definitely rocks! The lead guitar has an awesome tone & the guitar style reminds me of Zack Wylde & George Lynch, with something extra I can't quite define but definitely like added in. The song as a whole is really good. I am not disrespecting any of the musicianship here. Every instrument sounds great. I comment on the vocals & guitar here because, those are my instruments as well. I am very impressed & look forward to hearing more soon! Jay T McCaughtry lead vocals/lead guitar McHoodoo

Guitar Gods Only ;0)

— Rifftastic song with lots of wailing guitar - what's not to like? If you like rock and you are a guitarist like me you can appreciate the technical skill in this song. Having said that I can't see it topping the charts because it's too long and not the kind of stuff that people seem to like these days... which is a shame because I do like it.

Very Good!

— Very good as a whole song. This kind of songs should be longer. I like all the instruments and the vocal separately, but the are not mixed well. And at times there are confusions, illusion the the instruments are not playing together. The solos are good. Don't like the pause very much. You just need better mixing and mastering! I'll give you high rate. Also you should have written progressive as a style ;) Good luck and keep rockin' ! Cheers, Donnie Donkov

Long songs are cool

— In the true style metal, Baccambarus takes you on a journey through their world. I really like the style and tone of the music.and the simplicity of their style. There are some strange nuances in technique and in some places the vocalist appears to be going backward..thats a unique twist. For the most part I really like it. Some may say there are too many solos, but being a guitarist, and one who is fond of instrumentals, I can appreciate the abundant solos! Their style reminds me a bit of Rammstein, which is in their favor because I am a huge fan of Rammstein. Keep up the good work guys! I plan on listening to more of your songs!

Interesting Flavor

— Good tune this is just my opinion i would not make you songs as long also the recording needs to be mixed better, the drums could come out stronger they sound hollow and more double kick if possible , the vocals are good but if they sound like Thrash Metal and need to scream more if that's what your after , the Guitars are great so i would say you just have to make a few changes that you make your music much better and decide either to sing Rock or screaming Thrash Metal . Keep rocking all the best to you . Stay Cool Max { Jus Wicked }

Dramatic Effect?

— Liked the music although it seemed to be mostly in the background. I liked the vocal effect but it was too predominant in the mix in my opinion. I assume the pauses in the tune were for dramatic effect unfortunately it seemed to lose it's effect probably because there were so many. Overall I thought it was a good tune. I rated it 3 stars due to the items mentioned above.
