honestly

— I want to thank you for sending me a track to check out and give some feedback. I will be totally honest and open to that I'm not feeling it. I am just one person and surely know that others probably enjoy this track. Just keep on doing your thing and get those fans.

Something original!

— O.M.G this is really something original to say the least but just too redundant and too long, can't say this is actually metal music but it does have a spooky vibe and kind of make it works. it made me feel like i was listening to Rob Zombie mixed up with some David Bowie, i don't especially like those two but they do have theirs hits songs so overall i thought the recording sound of the song was not bad and i would put the actual tune between OK & weird.....keep it up!

Stan The Stain By Baccambarus

— Well, I think we can all agree that Stan got addicted to cocaine. Stan's life appears to have spun out of control and it's clearly because of his becoming addicted to cocaine. Actually, I kind of dig the vibe here. Some real punk elements with the vocals and lyric content. Musically there is a real just rock and roll vibe. The story is quite clear. Stan and Sue were doing really well until "Stan got addicted to cocaine". I think the moral is clear. Avoid cocaine. It's listenable with a clear story, that's not as bad as some music nowadays. I actually thought it was a fun song and enjoyed it ,

— With all my respect to you, I was trying to find some rythm but for me it sounds like not fit the vocals with the music, the guitar rythm is always the same, well... maybe i do not understand the genre, peace.

Great Guitar Work!

— Love the music in this...it has a great heavy feel and sound...I wanted to let go to this just throw the head around...however..I hate to say it but the vocals are not quite suiting the music..they seem kind of flat in a sense and slightly out of time in places...maybe a little mixing on the vocals to stop the monotone that takes over ...but I must say Well Done as the rest of the track is awesome and I did enjoy it regardless! #MusicIsLife

"Stan the Stain"

— Crisp guitar intro with a processed vocal--the vocal style and effects were interesting, something I would thing was better suited for death or speed metal. The mix was decent--could use a little more bass. Drums well recorded and quite perfect for this song. I did like the fact that it was sung in English, I was able to understand the lyrics. I could see this played on radio, but at almost 8 minutes, it gets a bit tiresome.

Seems to be out of balance

— The song is too long. Not very clear on what's it's about except being addicted to cocaine. Which just keeps repeating itself. The beat makes it seem out of time. And also the vocals are not very good. Sorry but the guitars need some work as well.

Attypique

Merci.

Very special song

— This song is just mindblowing. There are moments when I thought it's a crap-part and a few seconds later is an awesome part which I didn't expect in this song! :-) Great work!

This sounds good

— This sounds good. What you do here is kicking ass but you should mix the vocals a little bit. I like the sounds of the guitars but i can´t hear the bass. Try to get more bass on it. Good work!

Interesting

— lol I actually really liked this. its always good to come across something or style that you haven't heard in a long long time. this makes me think of stuff like Jethro Tull, Bob Dylan etc. Except this incorporates the metal aspect which gives a more modern sound. I definitely think you are on to something with this because it is very unique and it does sound good. my only suggestion would be that you should experiment with your delivery breaking out of that monotone just a little. I liked it keep rockin

Stan review

— This song is creatively strange. I like the ideas but it is not for me. The instrumentals are nice but the monotone vocals do not work for me. I like the chorus it reminds me of Alice in Chains mixed with Primus. The production of this track is pretty good. I don't know if it was a basement studio or something more fancy but you can tell they did it right. Overall I wouldn't listen to this one over and over but its ok for a listen or 2.

— musically it's fairly good, vocally horrid. I actually couldn't make it through all 7:50 seconds of it because the monotonous vocal was irritating. Good luck in the future..maybe try a tune with an actual singer

Austin Rodriguez's Review

— I like it, great feel right off the bat! Good phrasing with the guitar solos. Nice transition from the main guitar riff and taking into a minor key, way to keep the listener interested and mixing it up. The voice and the guitar sync up well with each other, which something I don't here a lot, which is surprising. Good story telling, haha you could use this around a camp fire. But I want to say again, great phrasing with the guitar, good melodic ideas, not to much, just fine. Keep up the good work man! From Your Guitarist Austin Rodriguez

— The track was okay. I thought it needed some work on the vocals and melody though. There were a few times where I banged my head. The guitar riffs sounded pretty good. Keep on progressing!

Stan the stain

— good earthy sound .. bit alternative and a good hook at the start with verse 1 into chorus then goes a bit sparse and floaty 2 nd chorus picks up again ...then lost me a bit in the middle..i think needs to be a bit more solid in melody and tone but then i think they it picked it up good re the guitar break ...vocals sound neutral and good maybe an extra voice with bit of harmony would of helped a bit more to make it more intense . guitar s sound good, personally i would have have a bigger guitar sound with possibly a more intense swirling chorus and a bit more whammy bar expertise would have smashed it ...also the bass was a bit thin. for metal rock I thought needed a bit more work on the bass lines especially after first verse and or chorus to pick it up .. buts thats just me and what i like to hear ..if thats what the song was intended well it works good .

Rammstein'd by Stan

— Interesting... Vocals are a little too "in-your-face". But the content of the lyrics reminds me of a combination of Rammstein and Green Jell-O. The rhythm guitar is very repetitive for the length of the song. Do like some of the lead guitar work. Drums sound very canned and lacking in originality. Production vales are decent but I think that the song could benefit from a live drummer. Ending fade is too drawn out. Keep up the cool work. Looking forward to seeing what your follow-ups are.
