Good, but...

— The whole song, if you hear it besides some problems is very good... again as a song. The arrangement is good but there are place where the vocal is misaligning with the instruments. The vocal intro is very good. The instruments, especially the bass, are too quiet and the quality except the vocal is bad. You have to mix it and master it better and you will see the results for yourself. I'm doing it myself right now with my songs. Again, congrats to the vocal! I'll give you 3, not more just because of the quality. Don't be mad, I'm just trying to help, like a lot of people helped me. Don't ever give up you wrote a good song! Good luck and keep rockin'! Cheers!

Diablo II

— Thought the quality of the production was good, the vocals are a little over the top or above the music, quality of the drums is great, liked the hollowness, but started to wonder if the drums were a track rather than live, got to be a little redundant after a while. I like the concept of what you are doing just need to work on some the instrumental things and generally get the mix straighten out. I like the signers voice a lot, just needs to be pushed to the back a little. Rock on you guys...

Diablo II

— Really bizarre rhythm combinations--I like it. Very fresh and new. To me it's like a psychedelic metal with slower vocal overtones. Wish I could read the lyrics. The intro was a nice touch--I heard a couple of glitches during the song--don't know if it was intentional or problems in the recording. Hot guitar and the drums are rocking.

Checked Out: "Diablo II" 3-20-2015

— Awesome intro with female vocals and the jam on six string guitar. I like the use of a different vocalist. It comes as a surprise. Interesting lyrics. The Rhythm is holding it down well. Heavy riff and then the speed picking is really working well for me. Interesting effect on the vocals That brings in some good soloing. At times the song seems a little forced together. Then it fits in better at some points. Good fade out at the end of the song.

Magical Mayhem

— Totally Misdirected Eradication of Mind, Body, and Soul! Absolutely Amazing as if hell just opened up and Shredded an Angel! The Vocal is a cut above! Angelic Transcending, Pure and Perfect in itself. Technically this is probably the most absurd combination of Operatic Vocal vs Thrash Metal I've heard to date. It requires a mind capable of reading a book while listening to a sports event in one ea,r and watching another on the Squawk Box. Interesting for sure

— Your music is really good, but I have a little trouble following the song. The Singing and the Music do not match up very well. If you are trying a new sound, you have it for sure. I may not be the best judge for this type of song. I will say overall I can hear lots of talent, just not put together in a traditional way. But, that is cool, because that is what you do. Keep Rocking!

Nice tune in the vocals

— I think the vokals have a nice tune but it dont really fit to the music. There are parts in the music arrangement that have a cool rythm but it feels very stressful for example the intro have a cool rythm but it is stressen and lack of feeling, the bridge to the next part feels like another song there is a break or maby it is the recording and after that it is another song. When it comes to the solopart i think the guitar player should put some feeling in the solo when i am listen to it it feels that he must play it really fast because he has a train to catch. I think you have to put the arrangement together in another way and put more feeling into it.

Experience

— This track is little bit strange. My first impression is that the band and vocalist do not match. Singer is great but I have a feeling she is singing another song. Band is playing hard and well. I can figure out that they are trying to find their own style and create something new. Direction is interesting. This track is like an experience… Still after several times I don´t know wether I like it or not! That´s interesting!

Metal with Soothing Vocals

— The music could be louder or the voice softer. The music sounds Rocking but the vocals are more soothing than intense. The vocals have good harmonies toward the end. I didn't quite get what the song was about from the words but could guess from the title. Sounds like good musicianship but the band needs to get on the same page with the overall chemistry of the sound. It did hold my interest and is well worth the listen. Rock on!

review

— Vocal tone and quality is very good. However, the vocal mixing is a little off- the bass in vocals needs to be reduced in order to keep them from overtaking the music and sounding like karaoke. As far as the music, the guitars are too quiet and may need layer to provide a thicker. fuller sound. Guitar solos and fills sound good! Regarding the drums, the cymbals are too loud- they need to be brought down in the mix. The kick drum needs to be louder but the tone of it is very good for metal. The overall potential of the song is great I think that with some mixing, EQing adjustments would really help the song shine but as an independant artist myself I know recording on a budget or at home can be tough. All in all I think the singer is fantastic and the sound/genre/vibe of the song is very unique and worth continuing-very nice!

you review

— the idea comes in progressive rock and I want to help with cooperation in this review. the voice is far above everything and no harmonizes between instruments, but the fault is not hers, guilt is not giving EQ, reverb, diley, among other rooms to your voice to find a better tone frequenced.

Interesting!

— I love the vocals they really stand out, drums just too busy and loud don't seem to fit song as well, maybe do half time on drums through verses and double time in the Choruses. Guitar sounds pretty cool like the tone, I think song needs some more bottom end, bass is either too low or not in song. I think with a better mix and better recording this song would be really good, I think the vocals definitely should stand out more in this song, overall I like the creativeness, just need to fine tune song a little bit more.

— nice voice...in the vein of Evanescence. productions is kinda low, but the song structure is there. Would sound ALOT better with a GREAT Production. Lead Guitar is adept, but needs to follow the song structure more than just noodling.

— Voice is Crystal Clear and wonderful to hear. Good Lyrics and Music. Good metal tune overall and musicianship is superior. Quality of mix here is hurting the tune though. Music lacks bass and bottom end, the mix favors the vocals and lead guitar. Good tune though!

Mix Down Nightmare

— I am a producer, And work with all different types of genres, including this one. Or at least what it is trying to be. Major timing issues... Decent samples on the drums and stuff, nice vocal work. Extra points for effort, as to I know how hard the recording process can be. But to listen with fresh ears, I see that you could all, singer and everybody, needs to be locked onto some kind of a click, something to keep everybody on time. Because it seems, like that is something that you possibly have lost some focus on. Fragmented Potential

— [Review by Thomas F. Kortholm - TFK Global Management/Promotion] My first review on N1M, and I hope it will be a useful contribution. "Diablo II" kicks off with some very nice vocals, and a catchy hardcore riff kicks in right after, but cuts off abruptly. The song then tumbles into next section, sounds like a production error made on purpose. The song is dominated by the vocals, that in my opinion is the best part of the production, best flow and sound compared to instrumentation. I think the song shows some great potential and high skill levels, vocals and instrumentation, but at the same time, there are many things that should be improved in my opinion, if the song should get top rating. As the title of my review says, I think the song has potential, but it is also seem very fragmented to me. The length of the song makes this impression stronger, This also hold back higher ranking. I will sum up + & - +Vocals +Originality +Skill -sound -production -fragmented -length These drawbacks are the main reason, I give a mediocre rating. I think the song has great potential, and it could get a much better rating, with a few adjustments and better flow and production. Thomas F. Great Music, Mediocre Quality...

— Okay, so to start things off, It's definitely not a bad track and has something going for it. My only gripe is the vocals and how they were mixed with the rest of the music. It's not that it's bad; definitely not that, it's the problem with how it just doesn't fit the rest of the song. I would've at least lowered the volume on the vocals and brought the guitar/drums a bit louder. Also, the vocals are well produced quality, but the rest of the instruments sound like they were recorded poorly. Overall, it's not horrible, it's a great track just the problem is the overall mixing. Other than that, keep on keeping on!
