Your Song "Booster"

— Let's start out with I got the voice vibe of Amy Lee of Evanescence and was waiting to hear more of a catchier chorus line instead of leads all over everything however the guitar sounded good just didn't fit the song. What ever my opinion is worth. But hey keep plugging and Write On~~~

Wow

— I was a bit taken aback by the overall sound, but you know what? 10 out of 10 for being yourself and creating a sound that is very cool/unique. I enjoyed the beaut guitar riffs with the piercing high vocal breaking through. My only complaint is that the bass could have played a more jelling role by perhaps upping the volume on the mix a bit. That's it I like very much : )

— I am not really sure about this song, the guitars are quite good in places, the mix really lets it down, the drums sound really weak they need to be more solid, the playing is good though, I think the song has potential, if it was recorded and mixed properly, It could be a good rock song, overall I think it needs more work, good luck.

Crazy Rock

— THAT song was SOoooo 'sick'.....I LOVED IT!.... Took me for a crazy non-stop ride with a beat I could barely follow, 'another' plus. I was waiting to see what kind of bridge was gonna hit, and was not disappointed with the guitar shredding it up. Again, this song is 'SICK'! Can't wait to hear what else you got on N1M. Gonna go check you out right now!!

This had so much potential

— I've been playing Rock and Metal music for twenty five plus years. Something I would recommend is before submitting a song for review, please make sure it has been recorded in a Recording Studio by a Sound Engineer with years of experience. The song should be mixed and then mastered. Spend the money to have your recording professionally done. Reviews will be a lot better in the long run. One last thing, make sure the lyrics are available.

— This song is strong in its seperate parts but unfortunately not so much when sequenced together. It is definately in need of a restructuring with the vocals further back in the mix with a distortion effect on them and/or a male vocal might serve this song better. The intro and outro vocals must also go or be replaced with stronger more aggressive tones.

And where did I put that

— I am sure there are people who love the all over the place sounds that this song projects. I personally prefer a more even consistency. The vocals I think I hear a blend of the stylings of Nightwish and Evanescence. Too busy for my taste but would make for some party background music.

— I am such a huge fan of metal. I was there from the beginning folks. NWOBHM was a life changer for me. With that being said, a lot of the new metal just passes me by. I totally respect and appreciate the talent and that these new folks are carrying on and taking metal to new places, however, I just don't get it. It's not them, it's me I guess.

— I was kind of lost at the beginning of this song. Maybe its just not my kind of stuff. Maybe because I thought the vocals were kind of on their own and not really as strong as the song its self. A very good effort none the less.

— The beginning was definitely audience catching. But I do say the intro/solo/outro was a little confusing and slightly annoying with the vocals. As soon as the song started I really got into it Metal doesn't have too many female sings. This song kind of has a Repo the Genetic Opera feel to it at least the tone of it does. Production and mixing very well done everything is clearly heard and vocals is brought over the instruments clearly. Other than a those little parts I thought it was a great song over all and has potential n_n!

— Good enough sounding recording. Tight band, but I don't care for the vocals. The contrast of the very heavy music wit the high, fluttering vocal is a bit too much. While I. Can certainly appreciate your musicianship, I honestly did not care for the song. That being said, you are a talented band, just not my thing. To me, the song would be better served with some growling vocs.

— Ok well let me start by saying Beautiful Voice...but it does not match the music sadly...it feels to me like your trying for an Evanescence sound to the song but the music is just too heavy for it... separate the two.. add new lyrics to the music and vice versa for the vocals and lyrics on this..separately they are both good works just not together

Music review

— great guitar tones and tempo changes the music itself rocks and appears to be very tight just not sure if the vocals match the style of music real floaty and at times seems to fall in and out of time . other than that the song rocked ! just keep messing around with the vocal effects and timing and placement .

— Definitely a heavy metal sound. There are some hot guitar licks but seems to lack tonality in the rhythm part and sounds a little muddy. You have a good singer but that sampling note you throw in there is distracting. I really can't understand anything she is saying and not sure her voice is suited to heavy metal as it has a folk quality. I wish you would have posted the lyric with it. It is a driving song but not very melodic. Overall a good effort waiting to hear more

Driven

— Definitely has energy and is well driven. Vocals could use some high notes or some nuances to distinguish between the base vocal line and to give it an added driving force. I think if it were recorded again and everything is in place it would have an even greater drive than it already does. Great track!

— Good song overall. Good musicianship. Rocks hard. The issues I have are in the mix. The vocal is good, performance good as the rest, and clear in the mix, but seems disconnected from the rest of the mix. The music part of the mix is lacking presence and power and bass it seems. Like a ghost of what could be. Get this sorted and you'll have a great song!!!

Don't quit your day job!

— OK first thing i noticed was how electronic everything sounded including some voice looping that really hasn't been mastered yet but with a metal rhythm i kept on listening........it's sounds kind of like Björk having a really bad day all the way until the end, music is certainly loops over loops and totally chaotic to the point where it's annoying and just can't figure out a word that is sung. so over all i have to give it a 2/10 and that's just because of the effort in making a song! don't quit your day job!

— Very Amy Lee, I feel as though the drums are a lil to far out front, but over all nice work! Guitar tone is lacking a little, but that is metal, vocals are out front where they belong. Hooks need to be a lil stronger, well that's what a A&R rep would say.. But over all I think as a song it is as good as any other metal that has been coming out now or over the last 5 years..

Hmm

— I have to say im not really feeling this. I think it has a LOT of potential but the vocals and the instrumentals do not fit together. I think the instrumentals alone are awesome and I think the vocals are awesome, just not together. I can't really see a structure. with yis being done the way it is, I would cut down on all the mini solos imbedded in the instrumentals and bring the tempo down to give it a fitting rhythm.

"Baccambarus" music for the avid metal fan

— Well produced--but the vocal style seems a bit out of place in this style of music. All the parts are easily heard, but it is a bit of an assault on the ears. This song is very genre specific,, and I do not see any cross-over potential. The players are all obviously accomplished, but sounds like many disparate parts combined to make a whole. This band will probably be very successful on the club circuit.

Mix of styles

— This song is pretty messy. With the vocals seemingly singing one melody and the instruments playing something totally different. The mix is pretty bad, even for a home mix. The vocals are ok but really don't fit the playing. The drum sound is pretty amateur-ish as well. Overall not my cup of Tea.

A bird singing against a wall of metal

— Gruff heavy guitar and solid baselines complimented by fluid guitar licks and smooth almost operatic vocalizing. Baccambarus use the voice as an intermittent sound almost like a keyboard note that is inconsonant with their wall heavy metal. Listen intently.

— Angelic Vocalist Trying To Tame Helatious Master Guitarist. I've listed to this now being 4 times. As a Guitarist, we'll guitar player Singer myself I have to say honestly that the abstract nature is brilliantly accomplished. Drummer is fast and driving! Bass is doing justice to the drive. Vocal is beautiful I don't know what she is saying. Not that it matters! A few times I thought that it might be samples Being triggered. Never the less I liked it. I don't read bio's until after I review So I won't know until then. This style of music is not my acquired taste. So to understand it I had to listen to it s lot. — Very strange tempo changes over off key female Goth type vocals make this a unique track. There are hints of charging metal riffs but seem to get broken between the fore mentioned presence. The lack of bass really hurts the overall mix the most. I like the unique quality and metal side of this track and can hear strong possibilities with this direction of creation.

— Strong beginning, and grabs the listeners attention. Catchy first riff but singing seems out of place and feels like in spots its contradicting the guitar riff that underlies it. Some good ideas, but I feel that they weren't developed enough, a lot of jumping around. I like the short solos, but need technical work that way those can really shine, but overall not bad, just needs some polishing in some spots and I think this song will be good one to head band to haha Rock on guys! Obviously the band is quite talented and the vocals are good, but those breaks in direction kept losing my attention. Anyway, wishing them the best,
